  • Learn to observe with out judgment. Reconnect with self-love and a compassionate heart. Find the space between to breathe and see. Build new perspectives of awareness and understanding and much more. It all starts from within.

    We can explore Modern Meditation practices to Traditional and Ancient Meditation practices.

    Many, assume that the benefits of every type of meditation are basically the same, this is not the case, both scientifically and spiritually.

    More importantly, meeting you where you're at and determine what is best for you and your overall goals; reasons for booking the session will be some of the points taken into consideration for guiding the session style.

    And if you are already practicing with a style you enjoy; we can certainly continue that style and dive deeper into that practice.

    No matter if you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner. I am here to hold healing space for your journey of holistic and/or spiritual wellness and will be with you every step of the way.

  • This is a meditative practice that involves focusing attention on an image or series of images that you will be guided through. It is highly effective in reducing stress and increasing overall relaxation as well working through challenges and traumas.

    Let’s not just “imagine” let’s explore the tools to a new outlook on life!

  • This can be one of the most effective and most relaxing ways of changing your state of consciousness.

    Nidra is a Sanskrit word meaning sleep, and Yoga Nidra is often called “the yoga of sleep” because it is a form of guided meditation that uses relaxation and a system of organized and layered awareness to take you through a journey into a liminal state between waking and dreaming consciousness.

    It is here, in this liminal state, that you discover that your mind, body, and spirit together contain a pathway that leads to the experience of presence, wholeness, and understanding.

  • With its origins in Pranayama, Sanskrit for “controlling the breath”, breathwork practice is all about manipulating the breath for a desired outcome. Whether you’re trying to sleep, control a panic attack or feel a bit calmer. While breathing exercises sound simple, they can be transformative when performed properly and can even make us feel high.

    Breathwork has moved beyond the woo-woo side of wellness to the mainstream, as studies mount that the way we breathe has profound effects on our mental and physical health.

    Breathwork is any time that your awareness is on your breathing and use it to create healing benefit for yourself; from physical to emotional and mental.

    Let’s begin truly breathing again!

  • Yes, it’s just what it sounds like.

    A simple technique to help you declutter your mind and thoughts. By comprehensively and uncritically getting out and expressing your thoughts and ideas we can move to a more focused, calm and less anxious state.

  • This therapy is a guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration.

    This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one's own thoughts or meditations.

    In this state, you can turn your attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within yourself that can help you make changes or regain control in certain areas of your life.

    I feel it’s important to state here: Unlike some dramatic portrayals of hypnotic therapies in movies, books, or on stage, you will not be unconscious, asleep, or in any way out of control of yourself.

    I will simply guide you into a relaxed, focused state and ask you to think about experiences and situations, related to your reason for booking the session and your goals, in positive ways that can help you change the way you think and behave.

    Let’s find the power within that’s always resided there and use that to assist the changes you seek!

  • Sound is powerful and can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love and joy. Sound Therapist or Practitioners use of different instruments or voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body.

    While there are many types of sound therapy, all of them produce vibrations that alter your brain waves and states of consciousness.

    Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level; lowering stress levels, mood swings, blood pressure, cholesterol and improving sleep - just to name a few.

    Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, and dementia.

From clients with chronic conditions to someone who is just beginning their journey into natural wellness. Programs are customized per client to meet you where you are at and your goals and current conditions. Most programs are also available via video and Telehealth conferencing if not able to be in person.
