take a moment to detach from your thoughts.

Meditation simply takes showing up, shutting up, breathing and allowing yourself to see within.

Meditation

By giving ourselves a moment in our day to meditate; it assists us in becoming more centered, compassionate, and aware of ourselves and others. These tools provide for us  the ability to engage in true and deep listening, compassionate communication, being empathetic during our days, creative problem resolution, collaborative mindset, genuine forgiveness, acceptance, and reconciliation. Each time we take this moment to simply pause and sit, our practice dissolves stress and anxiety, little by little, and helps our bodies to release tension and conditions of disease, both at the surface and deep within you on a cellular level.

Start knowing yourself more intimately and appreciating yourself and the life around you more deeply, be more comfortable bing exactly who you are; by meeting yourself exactly where you are. Having a personal meditation practice helps you see and receive your highest vision, and stay closely connected to your heart's mission.

The tools and techniques OB will guide you through allow us to free ourselves from both internal and external conflicts in life, and unveil to us that which is the mind. How do we reach this awareness? By showing up… and simply sitting with ourselves - a personal meditation practice. Even just for 5 minutes ever couple days can bring profound results.
